Due to frustration in family life, a young man in Huoi Moi village, Tri Le commune, Que Phong district ate poison leaves to commit suicide, but was fortunately saved in time by the medical staff of Tri Le Border Guard Station.

At 5:00 p.m. on November 12, the Military Medical Department of Tri Le Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard, in coordination with the Tri Le Commune Medical Station, Que Phong District, promptly saved the life of a young man who had committed suicide by eating poison ivy.

That is VBD (born 2001), residing in Huoi Moi village, Tri Le commune, Que Phong district.

According to initial information, due to frustration in family life, the young man went into the forest to pick poison leaves to eat with the intention of committing suicide, but was promptly discovered by his family and taken to the Tri Le Commune Health Station. Here, military doctor Le Anh Duc coordinated with the staff of the Commune Health Station to provide emergency care for the young man.

After more than 1 hour, the young man was out of danger and is currently being actively monitored at Tri Le Commune Health Station.

It is known that this is the 27th case of a patient who ate poison ivy and was saved by the remedy invented by doctor Le Anh Duc, military doctor of Tri Le Border Station.
