Outstanding achievements
The Quang Chau Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of the communes: Dien Dong, Dien Thai, Dien Lien and Xuan Thap of Dien Chau district (old) with 58 affiliated Party organizations.
In the past term, despite many difficulties and challenges, with the spirit of solidarity and high determination of the entire political system and the consensus of all classes of people, the Party Committees of the communes before merging into today's Quang Chau commune have strived to overcome and focused on leading the successful implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
Notably, the economy grew quite well, the growth rate of total product value in the period 2020 - 2025 is estimated to increase by an average of 10.3%. The average income per capita by 2025 is estimated to reach 78 million VND. The economic structure continues to shift in a positive direction, the proportion of industry - construction increases from 39.6% in 2020 to 40.39% in 2025, services from 34.24% in 2020 to 41.82% in 2025; agriculture decreases from 26.16% in 2020 to 17.79% in 2025.
Agricultural production has developed comprehensively, with an average growth rate of product value in the 2020-2025 period reaching 2.17%/year. Along with increasing the production value on the annual cultivated area, Quang Chau commune has proactively implemented solutions to promote accumulation and concentration for large-scale agricultural production, applying high technology. Thanks to that, the total value of products in the crop production sector has reached an average of 130 billion VND/year. The average rice output has reached 17,444 tons/year.
In the commune, 10 greenhouse models for agricultural production using high technology have been built. The quality and brand of agricultural products have been constantly improved. Up to now, the whole commune has 6 products that have achieved 3-star OCOP at the provincial level and have been recognized. The new rural construction movement has been promoted and achieved positive results. Of the 4 communes before the merger, 2 communes were recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as meeting new rural standards, and 2 communes as meeting advanced new rural standards.
Industrial production - construction, small-scale industry developed strongly, the average growth rate of product value in the period of 2021-2025 reached 10.57%. Key transport infrastructure projects were invested in construction such as: Renovation and upgrading of traffic roads from Dien Lien Commune People's Committee to Phu Thanh Commune (section through Hamlet 5, Dien Lien Commune), rural traffic roads from Tan Nam Hamlet to Nguyen Xuan On's church (Dien Thai Commune), DH25 road from National Highway 7B - Dien Dong - Dien Lien... Small-scale industries such as garment, carpentry, bricklaying, welding... developed, creating income for thousands of local workers.
The service sectors initially developed evenly in each field. The average growth rate of service sector product value (at 2010 comparable prices) in the period 2020-2025 reached 14.48%. Services such as petrol and oil agents, construction materials, agricultural supplies, animal feed, and household wooden furniture maintained high growth rates. Trade, transportation, tourism, and postal and telecommunications activities developed steadily, in which the service business and labor export sectors brought high income to the people.
There have been many positive changes in the fields of culture - society, education and health. In the commune, there are 13 schools that meet national standards (of which, 8 schools meet national standards level 2); the quality of spearhead and mass education at 3 levels of education during the term has been improved. The rate of people participating in health insurance in 2025 reached 96.87%. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has been maintained and promoted. Up to now, the whole commune has 7 historical and cultural relics, of which, there are 3 national relics and 4 provincial relics. Social security work, care for people's lives, national defense and security are ensured.

With the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Quang Chau Commune Party Committee sets out 5 key tasks and 3 breakthroughs in the coming term. At the same time, it is determined to strive to complete and exceed 38/38 main targets on economy, culture - society, environment, national defense - security, Party building and political system.
To realize the set goals, the Party Committee of the commune strives to effectively implement 4 main groups of solutions, which are: Building a clean and strong Party and political system to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Focusing on agricultural development, promoting rural economic development associated with building modern and sustainable new rural areas; in which, strongly shifting from agricultural production thinking to agricultural economic development; expanding the scale of concentrated commodity production to ensure compliance with the planning and general orientation of the province; developing craft villages and occupations associated with preserving, restoring, developing traditional occupations and protecting the environment; promoting the production of high-quality goods, creating clean and safe products.
In addition, focus on supporting and creating favorable conditions for enterprises to invest, develop production and business, especially processing products with local advantages; prioritize attracting projects using advanced, modern technology, green industry, deep processing to create great added value, save resources, protect the environment; apply digital transformation in construction management, planning management and construction licensing (key, building Dong Thai industrial cluster with an area of 39.55 hectares associated with the development of trade and service areas on National Highway 7B from Dien Thai commune to old Dien Dong); continue to attract more investment in industrial parks, small-scale industries, urban areas, trade and services to create economic trade connections in the region and shift the economic structure.
Focus on developing trade services connecting with the Lao market, developing industrial parks; promoting labor export; investing in and upgrading the infrastructure of traditional markets in the area, associated with transforming the market management and business model, attracting small traders to do business, diversifying business types. Along with that, organizing the establishment of a general planning for the construction of Quang Chau commune to serve as a basis for investing in the construction of synchronous technical and social infrastructure, important transport infrastructure projects with regional and inter-regional connectivity...
Continue to maintain and improve the quality of universal education, promote the construction of national standard schools, strive to have 100% of public schools meet national standards level 2 by 2030. Pay attention to effectively implementing the work of preserving and embellishing national historical and cultural relics in the commune; promote traditional cultural values associated with tourism development with national relics Nguyen Xuan On, provincial relics Dinh Nhat Tan (old Dien Thai commune); continue to preserve and promote heritage values recognized by UNESCO, develop and expand "Ca tru" and "Dan ca vi, dam" clubs, contributing to promoting the image and people of Guangzhou.
Promote administrative reform, invest in equipment, apply information technology, build a modern administration to serve the people. Strengthen national defense and security, ensure political security, order and social safety, create favorable conditions for rapid and sustainable socio-economic development.
