The program applies to mobile subscribers in the province who register for the Mimax package or refer the Mimax package to other subscribers. Viettel's Nghe An branch has identified the lucky winner of the iPhone 6 Plus as Mr. Dang Huu Chung from Hanh Lam commune, Thanh Chuong district.

Viettel's Minmax package is an all-inclusive 3G data plan for both prepaid and postpaid mobile subscribers to access the internet via mobile phones or other devices with a Viettel SIM card.

Following the prize draw, the Viettel Nghe An branch identified the lucky winner of the iPhone 6 Plus as Mr. Dang Huu Chung from Hanh Lam commune, Thanh Chuong district.

This program aims to encourage, develop, and expand the number of active 3G subscribers in Nghe An province.
