Que Phong district collected over 515 billion VND in revenue.

(Baonghean.vn) - Commercial and service activities in Que Phong district have continued to grow in recent years. Many welfare and social security projects have been invested in the area, creating favorable conditions for businesses to operate and contribute to the state budget.

In 2015, the total state budget revenue of Que Phong district was estimated at 515.89 billion VND, exceeding the target set by the province and the District People's Council by 106 billion VND, reaching 125.83%. Of this, revenue collected within the district was estimated at over 27.7 billion VND, equivalent to 136.9% of the target.

For the 2015 revenue target, Que Phong district was assigned over 409 billion VND, 28.6% higher than the previous year. However, thanks to the effective implementation of state policies, economic growth, and the development of industries in the right direction, the budget revenue results were quite positive: Personal income tax reached 1.236 billion VND; fees and charges exceeded 1 billion VND; and value-added tax reached nearly 11 billion VND.

Que Phong district has allocated funds from its budget to mitigate the consequences of natural disasters.

From that revenue, over 502 billion VND was spent, including nearly 25 billion VND for investment and development, and over 477 billion VND for recurrent expenditures, equivalent to 118% of the budget.

The district also spent 1.7 billion VND from its contingency fund to support farmers in purchasing pesticides and mitigating the consequences of storms, floods, and tornadoes.
