State mourning for former Prime Minister Phan Văn Khải
The funeral of former Prime Minister Phan Văn Khải began at 8:00 AM today, March 20th, at the Reunification Hall (Ho Chi Minh City) and will continue until the end of tomorrow, March 21st.

On the morning of March 20th, preparations for the memorial service for the late Prime Minister Phan Văn Khải were underway at the Reunification Hall. From as early as 7:00 AM, senior leaders and former leaders of the Party and State arrived to prepare for the funeral.
The head of the funeral committee is General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
At the Reunification Hall, the memorial service for former Prime Minister Phan Văn Khải will begin at 8:00 AM on March 20th and continue until the end of March 21st.
The memorial service will be held solemnly at 7:30 AM on March 22nd at the Reunification Hall. The burial will take place at 11:00 AM on the same day at the former Prime Minister's hometown in Tan Thong Hoi commune, Cu Chi district.
At the same time, a memorial service for former Prime Minister Phan Văn Khải was also held at the International Conference Center, 11 Le Hong Phong Street (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi).
The activities will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Vietnam Radio.
