With its assigned functions and tasks, over the past three decades, the Provincial Children's Protection Fund has mobilized and supported children in Nghe An province through programs and projects such as: "Steadfast Steps for Children," "Children's Smiles," "Compassionate Hearts," "Children's Eyes," "Building Classrooms," "Boarding Houses," "Scholarships for Overcoming Difficulties," "Wheelchair Donations," etc. These programs and projects have helped many children integrate into the community early and ensured their basic rights.

However, the province still has over 13,000 children in special circumstances and nearly 126,000 children at risk of falling into special circumstances. Therefore, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long hopes that the Provincial Children's Protection Fund will continue to mobilize resources to support and assist these children, providing them with a foundation to overcome difficulties by applying information technology to implement the fund's activities in a scientific, professional, effective, transparent, and economical manner; thereby contributing to the fulfillment of the tasks and goals of the Nghe An Province's Action Program for Children in the 2021-2030 period.
At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long presented the Provincial Children's Protection Fund with a banner bearing the inscription: "Children's Protection Fund: 30 Years of Building and Development".
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Provincial Children's Protection Fund awarded certificates of merit and commendations to sponsors and presented gifts to representatives of children in particularly difficult circumstances.
