Quy Chau elected additional Chairman of the District People's Committee
(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Council of Quy Chau district has conducted an additional election for the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee. As a result, 100% of the People's Council delegates elected Mr. Bui Van Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Quy Chau District Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Chau district, term 2021 - 2026.
On March 18, the People's Council of Quy Chau district held the 14th session (special session) to carry out a number of contents on personnel work.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Le Dinh Ly - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vuong Quang Minh - Principal of the Provincial Political School; and representatives of provincial Party committees. The leaders of Quy Chau district included comrade Nguyen Thanh Hoai - Secretary of the District Party Committee, comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and 32 delegates of the District People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.
At the meeting, the People's Council of Quy Chau district conducted an additional election for the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee. As a result, 100% of the delegates of the District People's Council elected Mr. Bui Van Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Quy Chau District Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Chau district, term 2021 - 2026.
Previously, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 2059-QD/TU, dated August 3, 2023, on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Vuong Quang Minh - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quy Chau district, term 2021 - 2026 to hold the position of Principal of the Provincial Political School.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 2112-QD/TU, dated September 21, 2023, approving the position of Secretary of the Quy Chau District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoai - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the District People's Committee.
On March 1, 2024, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 2448-QD/TU on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Bui Van Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quy Chau District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
