Quy Chau organizes training on operational skills for People's Council representatives at all levels.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 11th, the People's Council of Quy Chau district organized a training course on professional skills and operational techniques for district and commune/township People's Council representatives in 2016.

At the training course, 172 delegates from the District People's Council and the People's Councils of 12 communes and towns received instruction from lecturers on four main topics: Experiences in the operation of the Provincial People's Council's review committees; Supervision work of the People's Council's committees; Skills in supervising State finance and budget; and Skills for People's Council delegates, including skills in interacting with constituents, supervision skills, and People's Council review skills. In addition to the main topics, the People's Council delegates also exchanged, discussed, and practiced skills in supervision, decision-making, and maintaining contact with constituents.

The training course aims to enhance the operational skills of People's Council representatives at all levels, contributing to improving the effectiveness of elected bodies at the local level. After this conference, each representative can immediately apply the knowledge and understanding exchanged to their practical work to improve the quality of the People's Councils at all levels.
