Quy Hop district is popularizing the application of digital signatures.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 13th, the People's Committee of Quy Hop district, in coordination with the Information Technology Center of Nghe An province, organized a training course on the use of digital signatures on the management and operation software system for receiving electronic documents.

Over the course of two days, participants were instructed on topics such as: awareness of cybersecurity and network information security; an overview of digital certificates and digital signatures; an introduction to electronic authentication systems; and an introduction to legal documents related to the implementation of digital signatures.
At the same time, the training program also helps trainees exchange ideas and resolve difficulties related to the application of digital signatures; provides trainees with knowledge about the benefits of applying digital signatures, and how to use digital signatures in their agencies and units.
The application of digital signatures in electronic documents will help organizations:
- Minimize administrative procedures, processing time, and paperwork costs in managing official documents and emails;
- Enhance accuracy, openness, transparency, and objectivity;
- Saves time and costs in the process of storing and transmitting documents;
- Minimize the document issuance process in government agencies, avoiding inconvenience and obstacles for businesses and citizens.
- Supporting the deployment of online electronic public administrative services for government agencies, businesses, and citizens.
