(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 15th, the Vietnamese Heart Foundation of Vietnam Television visited and presented gifts to students and poor households in difficult circumstances in Ta Ca commune, Ky Son border district.

Representatives of the Vietnamese Heart Foundation - Vietnam Television presented gifts to children in extremely difficult circumstances in Ta Ca commune (Ky Son district).

Here, representatives from the Vietnamese Heart Foundation - Vietnam Television presented 10 gifts to 10 underprivileged students of Ta Ca Primary School and two families, Mr. Xeo Pho Phuong and Mrs. Xeo Thi Ly in Sa Vang village, who are facing particularly difficult circumstances. Each gift was worth...1 million dong.

The gifts given to students and poor families in Ta Ca commune are not simply material presents; they also contain immense love, support, encouragement, and motivation for students and families facing difficulties to overcome poverty and gradually improve their quality of life.

It is known that the Vietnamese Heart Foundation of Vietnam Television was established according to Decision No. 2795/QD-UBND, dated July 11, 2007, of the Hanoi People's Committee. It is a non-profit charitable fund operating on the principle of self-funding and self-financing its charitable activities, aiming to support and assist those in difficult circumstances, the poor, and impoverished households; and to sponsor socially meaningful programs that improve the material and spiritual lives of the people.
