Another situation that makes many people feel sorry is the family of Nguyen Anh Tuan (9 years old, Vung Ang ward, Ha Tinh). When we visited his family, his mother had just suffered an epileptic seizure and was unconscious, with three young children beside her. His father died in a work accident, his mother has a chronic illness and is unable to do heavy work. The family's life depends on poor household subsidies and support from benefactors. In dire straits, his mother had to send Tuan's two younger sisters to the nuns in the convent to raise.
