Information Disclosure Content: Dien Cat People's Credit Fund hereby announces the following information in accordance with Decision No. 172/QD-KV8 dated April 17, 2026, of the Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Branch Area 8:

The operational content of the Dien Cat People's Credit Fund is changed as follows:

1. Amendments and additions to the activity content:

a) Amend the business activity description to: “Providing money transfer services to members and customers of Dien Cat People's Credit Fund through the CF-eBank system of Vietnam Cooperative Bank in accordance with the law, excluding opening payment accounts for customers at Dien Cat People's Credit Fund.”

b) Additional activity content:

+ "Syndicated lending in conjunction with the Cooperative Bank to members of the People's Credit Fund in accordance with the law."

+ "Agent providing payment services for the Vietnam Cooperative Bank to members and customers of the Dien Cat People's Credit Fund".

+ "Participate in capital contribution at the Cooperative Bank".

+ "Open a payment account at the State Bank of Vietnam, commercial banks, cooperative banks, or branches of foreign banks."

+ "Deposit money at the Cooperative Bank to regulate capital."

Therefore, the Dien Cat People's Credit Fund would like to inform its members and customers.
