Content of published informationNghi Huong People's Credit Fund hereby announces the following changes in accordance with Decision No. 229/QD-KV8 dated May 11, 2026:

1. Name of People's Credit Fund: Nghi Huong People's Credit Fund

2. Levelcharter capital:21,975,350.000 (In words:Twenty-onecatfishripehundredsevenfifteen millionthreetrăm year mươi nghìn đồng chẵn).

3. Nội dung hoạt động:

a. Huy động vốn bằng đồng Việt Nam

- Nhận tiền gửi không kỳ hạn, có kỳ hạn, tiền gửi tiết kiệm của thành viên, tổ chức, cá nhân khác bằng đồng Việt Nam;

- Vay ngân hàng hợp tác xã; vay tổ chức tín dụng, chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài;

b. Hoạt động cho vay bằng đồng Việt Nam

- Cho vay đối với khách hàng là thành viên;

- Cho vay đối với thành viên của hộ nghèo có đăng ký thường trú trên địa bàn hoạt động của Quỹ tín dụng nhân dân trong trường hợp hộ nghèo không phải là thành viên của Quỹ tín dụng nhân dân;

- Lending to members that are legal entities, customers that are legal entities, and individuals who are not members but have deposits at the People's Credit Fund, based on collateral in the form of deposit balances at the People's Credit Fund itself, as stipulated by the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Providing syndicated loans in conjunction with the Cooperative Bank to members of the People's Credit Fund in accordance with the law;

c. Other activities

- Providing money transfer services for members and customers of People's Credit Funds (excluding opening payment accounts for customers);

- Acting as an agent to provide payment services for cooperative banks to members and customers of People's Credit Funds.

- Participate in capital contribution at the cooperative bank;

- Open a payment account at the State Bank of Vietnam, commercial banks, cooperative banks, or branches of foreign banks;

- Deposit money at the cooperative bank to regulate capital.
