The Nghia Dan Town People's Credit Fund announces a change in its charter capital, specifically as follows:

Based on Decision No. 264/QD-KV8 dated April 29, 2025, of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 8 Branch;
Based on Clause 4, Article 37 of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024;
Today, the Nghia Dan Town People's Credit Fund changes its charter capital as stated in point 3 of its operating license to VND 10,870,200,000 (In words: Ten billion eight hundred seventy million two hundred thousand dong).
The change is effective from December 31, 2024, with the increase due to additional capital contributions from credit fund members.
Therefore, the Nghia Dan Town People's Credit Fund would like to inform its members to be aware of and monitor its operations.
