Nghia Dan Town People's Credit Fund announces changes in charter capital, specifically as follows:

Pursuant to Decision No. 264/QD-KV8 dated April 29, 2025 of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 8 Branch;
Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 37 of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024;
Now, Nghia Dan Town People's Credit Fund changes its charter capital at point 3 of its operating license to 10,870,200,000 VND (In words: Ten billion eight hundred and seventy million two hundred thousand VND).
The change date is December 31, 2024, increased due to additional capital contributions from credit fund members.
So Nghia Dan Town People's Credit Fund would like to inform members to know and monitor during the operation.
