Quynh Luu: 32 out of 34 targets were met or exceeded the plan set for 2015.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 29th, under the chairmanship of Comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Secretary of the District Party Committee, the conference summarizing Party building work in 2015 and implementing tasks for 2016 was held.The Quỳnh Lưu District Party Committee organized.

In 2015, despite facing many difficulties, under the leadership of the Party Committee, the management and administration of the government, and the coordination of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations at all levels, the socio-economic development of Quynh Luu continued to progress, with 32 out of 34 targets achieved or exceeded the set plan. The total value of production reached 8,110 billion VND, an increase of 7.36% compared to 2014. Mobilized capital reached 2,100 billion VND, of which 1,410 billion VND was mobilized within the district.

The movement to build new rural areas continues to receive focused guidance, with the people showing consensus and actively responding. The total resources mobilized for the construction of new rural areas reached over 818 billion VND, of which 366 billion VND was contributed and self-invested by the people. To date, 12 communes have met the standards for new rural areas, with the district averaging 14.4 criteria, an increase of 1.3 criteria compared to 2014.

Regarding the results of 8 years of implementing Resolution 02 of the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee, 25th term, "on strengthening leadership in inspection, examination, and supervision work from now until 2010 and beyond," the district's citizen reception council received nearly 2,200 visits from citizens to make suggestions, complaints, and denunciations involving 1,260 cases, of which 1,238 cases were resolved, achieving a resolution rate of 98%.

The District People's Committee received a total of 963 complaints and denunciations. The People's Reception Councils of communes and towns received over 2,930 visits involving 2,352 cases of citizens reporting and denouncing wrongdoing. Through the resolution of these complaints and denunciations, irregularities totaling over 2.9 billion VND were discovered, resulting in the recovery of over 2 billion VND and over 4,000 square meters of land for state management.

Over the past eight years, the district Party committee has inspected 314 Party members and 228 Party organizations; supervised 66 Party members and 71 Party organizations; the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee has inspected 254 Party organizations, supervised 66 Party organizations and 56 Party members; and resolved complaints against 15 Party members and 2 Party organizations.

On this occasion, the District Party Committee awarded certificates of commendation to 13 grassroots Party committees and branches that achieved the "Strong and Excellent" standard; 15 outstanding Party members and 6 Party branches under the grassroots Party committees that met the "Strong and Excellent" standard for 5 consecutive years from 2011 to 2015; and 7 collectives and 8 individuals who effectively implemented Resolution 02.
