(Baonghean.vn) - On November 26th, a working group from Quynh Luu district inspected and dealt with illegally modified 3-4 wheeled agricultural vehicles and motorized vehicles in four communes: Quynh Lam, Quynh My, Quynh Hau, and Quynh Doi.

Upon inspection, the working group found that Quynh Lam commune had the highest number of agricultural vehicles, 48 ​​in total, of which 23 households had signed commitments to dismantle them, while the remaining 25 had not yet signed; Quynh Hau commune had 25 agricultural vehicles, of which 14 had been converted or replaced; 4 had been sold or dismantled, and 7 were still in operation; Quynh Doi commune had 9 vehicles; and Quynh My commune had 6 vehicles, of which 2 households had not yet signed commitments to dismantle their agricultural vehicles.

The Quỳnh Lưu District Police confiscated agricultural vehicles and three- and four-wheeled motorized vehicles.

The working group requested that the People's Committee and the head of the commune's police continue to mobilize and educate vehicle owners to seriously comply with and voluntarily dismantle their agricultural vehicles and motorized vehicles in accordance with State law. They also requested that localities take strong and coordinated action from the commune to the village level; and that specific timelines be set for localities to implement the dismantling of agricultural vehicles.
