Previously, farmers in the coastal areas mainly grew spring onions, leafy greens, chayote, etc. Now, they are growing a wider variety of other vegetables such as pumpkins, zucchini, tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, and herbs. People in the communes of Quynh Bang, Quynh Luong, Quynh Minh, etc., are also increasing investment in vegetable cultivation, such as trellises and irrigation systems.
