In accordance with the policy and directives of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat on the implementation of a two-tiered local government system, Nghe An province has merged and consolidated 412 wards and communes, reducing their number to 130.

The Party Committee and Editorial Board of Nghe An Newspaper and Radio and Television have coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to implement a data-driven news section on 130 wards and communes in Nghe An province on the electronic newspaper's publication. This helps people, organizations, and businesses gain a comprehensive overview of the wards and communes.

With the assistance of Comrade Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, and with the support of our technology partner, NEKO Technology Joint Stock Company, the website has been developed into a modern, vibrant, and convenient journalistic data product, while simultaneously preserving the core traditional values of content, form, and the brand identity of the electronic publication.
The launch of this special section not only creates a unique publication but also contributes to expanding the space and depth within the overall digital ecosystem of Nghe An's newspapers, radio, and television.

The website features a vibrant and impressive interface, designed to be user-friendly, accessible, and easy to interact with. Here, the public and readers can easily search for information about the wards and communes they are interested in.
Within the overall administrative boundaries of the province, each commune and ward is a separate piece of the puzzle, complete with information on maps, boundaries, names, area, population, administrative center locations, and key leaders. Citizens can easily identify which administrative units were merged from newly formed communes when they need to find out more information.
The special website for the 130 communes and wards of Nghe An province is designed as a digital directory. Each commune and ward has its own electronic news page. This integration greatly supports the need to search, view, listen to, read, and access information about politics, economics, culture, society, and life at the grassroots level.
Following the success of the data-driven news sections on President Ho Chi Minh, the Nghe Tinh Soviet Uprising, and Party Congresses at all levels, the special section on 130 communes and wards in Nghe An province continues to demonstrate the proactive and positive role of Nghe An's newspapers, radio, and television in the trend of modern journalism.

This is also one of the steps taken by Nghe An's newspapers, radio, and television in implementing Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, affirming the determination of the leading and official media agencies of Nghe An province.
