Launch of new Peugeot 3008 version

Thaco launched the new version of Peugeot 3008 SUV with many improvements such as new grille, new taillights, forward collision warning system, blind spot warning, dash cam and 360 degree.

The new Peugeot 3008 comes with an extended warranty of up to 5 years or 150,000 km, whichever comes first. This CUV model is now officially available at Peugeot Showrooms nationwide.

Peugeot 3008 is a sport utility vehicle (CUV) in the global development strategy of Peugeot Group with sales from 2012 - 2016 reaching 778,947 vehicles. Through many versions, Peugeot 3008 has built a reputation in many markets thanks to its high stability, durable performance and diverse operating capabilities on many types of terrain.

In the Vietnamese market, Peugeot 3008 was introduced by Thaco at the end of 2015 and quickly received high appreciation from consumers with 1,000 cars delivered to customers. This is also the best-selling car model of the Peugeot brand in the Vietnamese market.

Sporty, powerful and dynamic exterior

The new Peugeot 3008 impresses with a newly designed radiator grille that replaces the previous horizontal bar type. The radiator grille border is made of prominent chrome-plated metal. The front bumper as well as the fog lamp recesses are redesigned to look stronger.

The new diamond-cut rims are in line with modern trends. The new Peugeot 3008 rims are 17-inch 5-spoke with a new design. At the rear, the new taillights use Peugeot's exclusive LED technology. The rear bumper has also been tweaked to look more eye-catching.

Luxurious interior, increased comfort

The new Peugeot 3008 has a premium interior with modern amenities combined with advanced technology to bring luxury and a great experience, honoring the owner's style.

The center of the dashboard is a large touch screen with integrated entertainment functions. The cabin design focuses on the driver. The steering wheel is newly designed, with integrated function keys. The rearview mirror in the car has an integrated dash cam system for more convenience during operation.

All seats are covered in leather, the driver's seat is 8-way electric adjustable. The position separating the two seats is covered with carbon-patterned metal, increasing the aesthetics and strength of the car. Electronic handbrake, many technologies support the car to operate in different conditions such as slippery, snow, desert...

In the rear compartment, the new Peugeot 3008 has enough space for 3 adults to sit together. There is a rear air-conditioning vent. The rear storage compartment can hold many household items, suitable for short picnics.

Powerful performance and outstanding safety

The new Peugeot 3008 still uses a 1.6-liter inline 4-cylinder turbocharged engine with variable valve technology for a maximum capacity of 165Hp and a maximum torque of 245Nm. In addition, with a 6-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission combined with the Grip Control driving mode control system and front-wheel drive, the driver can easily control when moving on many different types of terrain such as highways, muddy roads, quicksand roads, and mountainous roads.

To ensure maximum safety, the new Peugeot 3008 is equipped with additional safety features such as blind spot warning, new generation 9.1 electronic balance for more stable and accurate operation. Lane departure warning and forward collision warning increase safety features for the driver. Camera 360 uses 4 cameras mounted around the car to capture images and display them on the multi-function screen.

The remaining safety features are still fully equipped on the new 3008 such as the 6-airbag safety support system, child safety lock, front and rear sensors combined with a rear camera, ABS, EBA, HAC braking system, automatic throttle system and speed limit. The smart engine stop/start system helps to save fuel optimally.
