Muha e-commerce app launched in Vinh City.

One of the most notable events in Nghe An province's technology sector at the beginning of 2020 was the official launch of the Muha e-commerce platform.

The app development team stated, “Muha allows each person to register a store on the same account, making it very flexible for both buyers and sellers. Connecting within the same locality ensures that all transactions are easy, fast, and with low shipping costs, resulting in better prices for consumers. Instead of waiting 2-4 days to receive their products, buyers now have Muha with the goal of “Fast Delivery - Good Price.”

Accordingly, if customers place their orders before 9 AM, they will receive them between 10 AM and 12 PM, and if they place their orders before 4 PM on the same day, they will receive them between 5 PM and 7:30 PM.

Initially, Muha is directly responsible for transporting goods from sellers to buyers. The order processing procedure involves Muha's warehouse, which controls and seals the goods before handing them over to delivery personnel. The confirmation, sealing, and order sorting steps are carried out quickly to ensure timely delivery. Muha aims to improve its order inspection and processing to create a competitive advantage and minimize unwanted online shopping experiences, resulting in a higher order fulfillment rate.

Currently, e-commerce transactions still present obstacles for many people regarding returns/refunds and product warranties. Buyers have to pack the goods themselves and bear the shipping costs for both ways when exchanging or returning products, which is both costly and time-consuming. Now, with local connections, Muha, acting as an intermediary, will facilitate warranty and return/refund processes for customers. Buyers can return goods at Muha's office or store, which is very convenient and completely free of charge.

Muha has an app on iOS, Android, and a website, and offers policies such as cash on delivery, a 3-day return/refund policy (1 day for the decision to return and 2 days for the return/refund process), and no fees charged to sellers.

In addition, there are many free shipping programs, Flash Sales, and direct discount code promotions… Muha also highlights the creation of free pickup points; when customers choose to pick up their order at one of these points, the order will be shipped free. These pickup points facilitate order distribution, and for buyers, if the pickup point is convenient along their commute route, such as picking up children or returning from work, this is a preferred free option for many.

Upon officially launching its e-commerce platform, Muha introduced numerous promotional programs to attract sellers to join the system. These included rewards such as free store registration packages, free product listings, and sample data entry support worth a total of 100,000 VND. Additionally, Muha offered cash bonuses of 400,000 VND to the first 20 shops that listed 110 eligible products, 300,000 VND to the next 20 shops listing 80 eligible products, 200,000 VND to the next 20 shops listing 50 eligible products, and 100,000 VND to the next 20 shops listing 20 eligible products. Unlimited free data entry support was also provided to participating shops during the first month of operation.
