Rashford is predicted to become a superstar under Amorim
Tim Sherwood believes Ruben Amorim can help Marcus Rashford regain his peak form and turn him into a superstar at Manchester United.
Former Tottenham and England star Tim Sherwood has expressed his confidence in new Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim's ability to get the best out of Marcus Rashford. According to Sherwood, Amorim can not only solve the England striker's form problems but also help him become a "superstar" at Old Trafford.
Sherwood, who won the Premier League with Blackburn Rovers, has made some remarkable comments about Rashford’s potential. He believes the striker has the ability to play for the world’s top teams, but Rashford’s problems are inconsistent, disorienting at times and lacking the necessary confidence. “If Marcus Rashford can work well and form a good relationship with Ruben Amorim, we will see a completely different player to the one we have seen in previous years,” Sherwood said.
Alongside Rashford, Sherwood also mentioned Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes as players whose potential Amorim could help unlock. Although Garnacho is still very young and needs more time to develop, Sherwood believes Amorim can help Garnacho become a big star in the future.
As for Bruno Fernandes, Sherwood believes that this is the player that Amorim will exploit to the fullest, because Fernandes is one of MU's best players at present.
