RedMagic, a brand specializing in gaming devices, has officially confirmed the international launch of its latest flagship tablet, the Astra 2. This is considered the global version of the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro, which will soon be released in the domestic market.

The Astra 2's arrival follows the success of its predecessor, which launched in June 2025. Although RedMagic hasn't announced a specific price or exact release date, leaked specifications from the domestic version suggest it's a true performance "beast" in the Android tablet segment.

The device boasts a 9.06-inch OLED screen, a size that's compact enough to hold comfortably while gaming, yet large enough for a spacious entertainment experience. To maintain stable performance over the long term, RedMagic has integrated a dedicated water-cooling system, which helps control temperature optimally when handling demanding tasks or playing games at the highest settings.

To meet the demands of heavy usage, the device is equipped with an 8,300 mAh battery, a slight increase from the 8,200 mAh of the previous generation. 80W fast charging technology significantly reduces waiting time.
