Ronaldinho and De Boer brothers come to Vietnam
Former Brazilian star Ronaldinho, two famous Dutch football brothers Frank De Boer and Ronald De Boer and Clarence Seedorf will be in Vietnam from April 13 to 18 with the UEFA Champions League Cup.

These four famous figures of world football are expected to be present in 6 major cities in Vietnam including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Bien Hoa and Can Tho in the program "Journey to welcome the UEFA Champions League Cup 2017 - Stirring up the football fun" organized by Heineken. Fans will be able to see the trophy of the most prestigious club tournament, take souvenir photos and interact with these big names.
In 2008, before participating in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the Brazilian Olympic team including Ronaldinho, Pato, Diego, Thiago Silva, Marcelo, Rafinha... and coach Carlos Dunga went to Vietnam to play a friendly match and beat the Vietnamese team 2-0 at My Dinh Stadium. Currently, Ronaldinho has retired.

Meanwhile, Frank De Boer has moved to become a coach. Dutch press reported that Frank De Boer was invited to be the successor of coach Danny Blind at the Dutch national team, although he denied it. Frank De Boer's twin brother, Ronald De Boer, is currently an assistant coach at Ajax.
In recent years, Vietnamese football fans have had the opportunity to see the Champions League trophy with their own eyes. Most recently in April 2016, two former players Carles Puyol and Ruud Gullit came to Vietnam with the Champions League trophy.
