Vibrant Spring Flower Street 2021 in Vinh City
(Baonghean.vn) - With only one week left until the Lunar New Year of the Ox 2021, workers responsible for decorating the flower streets in the central areas of Vinh City are working overtime to complete this unique artistic project.
