Samsung confirms launch of Micro RGB TV in 2026 at CES.
Samsung has officially announced plans to launch its next-generation Micro RGB TV line at CES 2026, with sizes ranging from 55 to 115 inches, promising improved sharpness and color.
Samsung has just made an official announcement, confirming that it will unveil an upgraded line of Micro RGB TVs at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026. This move is expected to create a new breakthrough in the high-end TV market.

What is Micro RGB technology?
Micro RGB is an advanced display technology where each pixel is made up of tiny, self-illuminating LEDs with three primary colors: red, green, and blue. Unlike LCD or QLED TVs, which require a separate backlight layer, the pixels on a Micro RGB screen can be turned on and off independently.
This operating mechanism allows Micro RGB TVs to achieve absolute black and extremely high contrast, similar to OLED technology. However, Micro RGB also has the advantage of higher maximum brightness and superior durability, helping to reduce the risk of image retention (burn-in) that some other screens may experience.
The improvements we've been waiting for.
According to Samsung, the 2026 generation of Micro RGB TVs is expected to bring...Vibrant colors and improved image clarity. This shows that the company has focused on optimizing color reproduction and enhancing image detail, promising a more realistic viewing experience.
The new product line will offer a range of sizes, from 55 inches to 115 inches. Introducing smaller TV models like the 55-inch version shows Samsung's effort to bring this technology closer to a wider range of users, rather than limiting it to large, expensive screens.
Samsung will fully announce the specifications and features of its 2026 Micro RGB TV lineup at CES 2026.
