Cloud hunting at the highest place in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Located at an altitude of over 2,700m, Pu Xai Lai Leng mountain peak rises among the sea of fluffy white clouds, many people compare this to Ta Xua of Western Nghe An.
