In the final round of the Junior group stage, some matches were merely formalities as the quarter-final spots had already been determined. Nevertheless, the teams played openly, providing more opportunities for players to gain experience and concluding the group stage with high-scoring matches.
Group A: Quynh Phu Youth wins narrowly against Van An Youth.
Before the final match of Group A, Tam Hop Youth and Quynh Anh Youth had already secured their places in the quarterfinals, so the match between Quynh Phu Youth and Van An Youth was merely a formality. With no pressure regarding the result, both teams played quite openly, with Quynh Phu Youth coordinating better and controlling the ball more.
However, the Quynh Phu Youth team's strikers lacked sharpness in their final touches, while the Van An Youth team also failed to create many truly dangerous opportunities. The first half ended without any goals being scored.
In the second half, the coaching staff of both teams gave opportunities to several substitute players. Quynh Phu Youth team still dominated and capitalized on this with a goal from number 10 Tran Duy Hoang in the 31st minute.

In Group B, Thanh Vinh Youth and Hung Nguyen Nam Youth have both secured their places in the quarterfinals. However, the two teams are still battling it out for the top spot in the group.
With their superior physique, Hung Nguyen Nam Youth team dominated the game and opened the scoring in the 16th minute. From an attack down the right wing, the ball was accurately crossed in for number 12 Hoang Trong Quang to leap high and head the ball into the net against Thanh Vinh Youth team.
In the second half, Hung Nguyen Nam Youth continued to put pressure on the opponent, but Thanh Vinh Youth still showed their ability to capitalize on opportunities. In the 45th minute, number 6 Nguyen Dinh Thang scored to equalize the score. Just one minute later, number 4 Tran Anh Khoi scored, helping Hung Nguyen Nam Youth regain the advantage.
In the 49th minute, Nguyen Dinh Thang continued to shine, scoring the equalizer for Thanh Vinh Youth. The match ended in a 3-3 draw. With this result, Thanh Vinh Youth leads Group B thanks to a better goal difference than Hung Nguyen Nam Youth.
In the other match of Group B, Vinh Phu Youth and Thien Nhan Youth, having already lost their chances of advancing, entered the game with a relaxed attitude. Both teams played openly, creating a high-scoring match that ended in a 3-3 draw, concluding the group stage with an exciting back-and-forth match.
