The accident occurred at 4:30 p.m. on April 24, on National Highway 1A, km 397, through Quynh Van commune, Quynh Luu district.

Accordingly, the pickup truck with license plate 37C - 13857 was traveling from Quynh Bang commune to National Highway 1A. While crossing the road, it was hit by a container truck with license plate 51C - 38182 traveling at high speed in the direction of Hanoi - Vinh.
The strong collision caused severe damage to the front of the pickup truck. The driver was lucky to escape death. Traffic police of Quynh Luu district police promptly arrived to handle the incident.
