With a burning desire to gain independence and freedom for the nation; everyone has food to eat, clothes to wear, everyone can study, when he was only 21 years old, he traveled all over the world, looking for a way to save the country and save the people.

He came to Marxism-Leninism as a historical necessity and found there the path to national liberation, class liberation, and human liberation. To save the country and liberate the nation, there was no other path than the path of proletarian revolution and there had to be a revolutionary party to lead. From then on, he urgently prepared all conditions for the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

With those victories, Vietnam transformed from a semi-feudal colony into an independent and free nation; our people rose from slavery to become masters of the country, society, and themselves; our country transformed from poverty and backwardness into a period of accelerated industrialization and modernization and an increasingly high position in the international arena.

This year, the 126th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday comes at a time when the whole country is excited, proud, and striving to successfully implement the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress; all regions of the country are eagerly welcoming the great national festival: the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016-2021 term. It is a heavy political responsibility, but also a noble right and duty of every citizen.
