Le Phuong and her 20-year journey to owning a townhouse in Ho Chi Minh City.
On the afternoon of January 29, 2026, actress Le Phuong, along with her husband Trung Kien and her mother, performed the housewarming ceremony for their newly purchased townhouse in Ho Chi Minh City. For the actress, this is the culmination of 20 years of hard work since she graduated in 2006.

Before achieving her current success, Le Phuong went through a difficult period financially. She revealed that in 2014, after marital problems, she was left penniless after giving birth to her first son and had to rely on her maternal family. Determined to overcome adversity, she worked tirelessly for many years to provide for her children.

Since becoming involved with singer Trung Kien in 2016, the two have built a solid financial foundation together. This new townhouse is the result of 10 years of partnership between the actress and her husband.

Artist Quang Minh builds a house as a gift for his wife, who is 37 years younger.
At nearly 70 years old, artist Quang Minh surprised audiences by revealing his newly purchased plot of land in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a gift he dedicated to his wife, Tang Khanh Chi, and their children to build a lasting home.

The house, named "MinhChi's House," officially began construction in early 2026. The project is expected to have four floors with a total area of over 200 square meters, designed in a modern style. Prior to this, in November 2024, the couple welcomed their son, Dustin, marking a new milestone in the artist's life after returning to Vietnam to pursue his artistic career.

People's Artist Viet Anh buys an apartment after many years of renting.
People's Artist Viet Anh, a veteran figure of Vietnamese theater and cinema, has also just completed the procedures to buy an apartment in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City. For many years, he has been known for his simple lifestyle and often lived in rented houses.

This change is largely thanks to his wife, Chan Chan, who is 36 years younger than him. The two registered their marriage in mid-2025. Chan Chan not only supports the artist in managing his work and performance schedule but also runs an online food business with him to accumulate finances.

Despite the age difference, People's Artist Viet Anh affirms that he has found peace and stability in his life since starting a new family. At 67, owning a permanent residence is a significant milestone after more than 40 years of dedication to the arts.
