Notably, the Central Park Residences apartment building project is rapidly nearing completion, having finished pouring concrete for the 29th floor, preparing to pour concrete for the 30th floor, and aiming for the topping-out ceremony in December 2024.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Son, representative of Ecopark's founder, with the current progress, Central Park Residences will be completed ahead of schedule, welcoming residents to live there soon. This demonstrates the credibility and responsibility of Ecopark's founder in ensuring the maximum benefits for customers. Previously, the investor also accelerated construction progress in The Garden 1 and 2 subdivisions, exceeding the planned schedule.

Officially commenced on October 3, 2023, Central Park Residences is the first high-rise apartment project in the large green park Eco Central Park (nearly 200 hectares in the southeastern part of Vinh City, Nghe An Province).
