Three people died after a well collapsed in a mountainous commune in Nghe An province.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Khuyen, Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Tan Hop commune, Tan Ky district (Nghe An province), a well collapse recently occurred in the area, resulting in the deaths of three people.
According to reports, at approximately 2:30 PM on April 8th, three men were surveying a well in Hong Son hamlet, Tan Hop commune, Tan Ky district when it collapsed, killing all three.
All three victims resided in Tan Hop commune, Tan Ky district. Their identities were confirmed as Mr. Lang Van Bon (the homeowner), and the other two as Lang Dinh Phuc (Mr. Bon's brother-in-law) and Lang Dinh Bac (a relative of Mr. Lang Dinh Phuc).
Currently, local authorities and relevant forces have promptly mobilized machinery to bring all three victims up and hand them over to their families for burial.
Initially, the local authorities of Tan Hop commune provided each victim's family with 5 million VND in support.
