During the 2 days, delegates were informed of the basic contents of the 2003 Law on Emulation and Commendation, the 2013 Law on Amendments and Supplements; the Government's Decree guiding the implementation, awarding ceremonies and the Regulations on emulation and commendation work in Nghe An province, which were recently approved on October 31, 2015.

In particular, there are new points such as: amending and supplementing the system of standards for emulation titles and forms of rewards; building specific standards for forms of rewards in the direction of giving priority to the working class and direct laborers...
