(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 26th, the Emulation and Commendation Board - Department of Internal Affairs organized a training conference on emulation and commendation work in 2015.

The event was attended by representatives from the leadership of departments, agencies, organizations, associations, districts, cities, towns, businesses, and universities and colleges throughout the province.

Over the course of two days, delegates were briefed on the basic contents of the 2003 Law on Emulation and Commendation, the 2013 amendments; the Government Decree guiding its implementation, the awarding ceremony, and the Regulations on emulation and commendation work in Nghe An province, which were recently approved on October 31, 2015.

These include new points such as: revisions and additions to the system of standards for emulation titles and forms of commendation; the development of specific standards for forms of commendation, prioritizing workers and direct laborers….
