The Department of Performing Arts issued License No. 516/GP – NTBD on December 14th, allowing contestant Pham Thi Thuy Linh to participate in the "Miss Tourism International 2016" competition.

Accordingly, the Department of Performing Arts allowed Elite Vietnam Media Co., Ltd. to send contestant Pham Thi Thuy Linh (runner-up in the "Supermodel 2010" competition, ID card number 024504431 and Vietnamese passport number B3395484) to participate in the "Miss Tourism International 2016" competition, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from December 14, 2016 to January 2, 2017.

The Department of Performing Arts also requested Elite Vietnam Media Co., Ltd., contestant Pham Thi Thuy Linh, and related organizations and individuals to comply with the content of the License and the regulations in Decree No. 79/2012/ND-CP; Decree No. 15/2016/ND-CP; Circular No. 01/2016/TT-BVHTTDL dated March 24, 2016 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other relevant legal regulations.
