A supercar with license plate number 37 illegally overtook other vehicles on the N5 highway.
The incident was recorded by a road user at 9:30 AM on September 9th, on National Highway 7C (Road N5).
According to information from Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, under the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police), this morning, September 9th, after receiving information from citizens via social media regarding a passenger car with license plate 37A-366.xx violating traffic regulations by overtaking improperly on National Highway 7C.
The Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 quickly contacted the owner of the aforementioned car to identify the driver who committed the violation.
Later that afternoon, Mr. NCO arrived at the headquarters of Traffic Police Team No. 2 and admitted to being the driver of the aforementioned passenger car. The violation occurred at 9:30 AM on August 30, 2024, at Km46 of National Highway 7C in Do Luong District.
For the aforementioned violation, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 issued a citation to Mr. NCO for the offense of "overtaking in a prohibited situation," with a fine of 4-6 million VND and suspension of his driver's license for 1-3 months.
