Before the Geneva Motor Show opened in early March, supercar manufacturer Ferrari officially launched its latest supercar, the Ferrari 812 Superfast. Based on the F12 Berlinetta, the 812 Superfast has been completely redesigned, with a new, more angular and impressive design. |
At the front, the 812 Superfast features new, longer headlights, along with a wide front bumper that gives the car a more aggressive look. Meanwhile, the concave lines on the sides of the car are reminiscent of the LaFerrari. The side windows of the 812 Superfast also have a different shape compared to the F12Berlinetta. |
Similar to the GTC4 Lusso luxury supercar launched last year, the 812 Superfast also owns a pair of new round dual taillights, located above the rear bumper with more cut lines. The car's 5-spoke twisted wheels are also more impressive than the old wheels on the F12Berlinetta. |
Apart from the new sports steering wheel, the interior of the 812 Superfast has not changed much compared to the previous Berlinetta. It is still equipped with a naturally aspirated V12 engine, but compared to its predecessor, the engine capacity of the 812 Superfast has been increased from 6.3 to 6.5 liters, giving the car a larger capacity of 789 horsepower and maximum torque of 718 Nm. |
With a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, the car accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds with a maximum speed of 340 km/h - equal to the previous special edition F12tdf despite its heavier weight. In addition, the F12tdf's rear-axle steering system is also used for the 812 Superfast but has been improved to be smoother, combined with electric power steering and the Slide Slip Control drift support system. |

Ferrari will continue to update details about the 812 Superfast at the Geneva show, including price and release date. |
