On the morning of September 15th, Mr. Bui Dinh Long, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, led a provincial delegation to visit the Provincial Social Work Center. Accompanying him were Mr. Doan Hong Vu, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and representatives from the Provincial Social Protection Center.

This year's Mid-Autumn Festival program, themed "Happy and Peaceful Mid-Autumn Festival," was held at the Provincial Social Work Center in Do Luong, aiming to support vulnerable children and those in extremely difficult circumstances, with the message that no child should be left without the care and attention of society as a whole.
The program also demonstrates the care and support of Party committees, government agencies, and the community for children in special and difficult circumstances, giving them strength and confidence to overcome challenges in life and creating conditions for children's equal development.

The Provincial Social Work Center currently cares for 100 orphaned and homeless children, many of whom are disabled or suffer from serious illnesses. The children at the Center receive full care, education, and opportunities for future career development.
This year's program was organized in a streamlined manner to ensure pandemic prevention measures were followed, but the children here received warm affection from all levels of government with hundreds of gifts distributed; they were able to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival right at the Center while adhering to the 5K guidelines for pandemic prevention.
