(Baonghean.vn) - On July 20th, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27th, 1947 - July 27th)In 2017, the Youth Union of faculty and staff of Nghe An Provincial College of Culture and Arts organized a visit, exchange, and gift-giving event for wounded soldiers at the Nghe An Provincial Center for the Care of Wounded Soldiers.
