Meanwhile, another young star of SLNA, Cai Van Quy (born in 2004), is undergoing treatment and rehabilitation at the IRC Injury Rehabilitation Center. In April, Van Quy unfortunately tore his anterior cruciate ligament. However, the club did not take him for timely treatment, so the injury worsened. It wasn't until June, when SLNA secured a new sponsor, that Van Quy was able to undergo surgery in Hanoi.

According to doctors, the player suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) along with damage to the lateral meniscus. To return to the field, Quy needs to combine physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises for at least six months. If he recovers from the injury and maintains his form, Cai Van Quy will likely be immediately promoted to train with the first team.
