Yesterday afternoon (June 29), SLNA Club officially signed a contract with striker Danko Kovacevic from Montenegro for the second leg of V.League 2017. Danko Kovacevic surpassed dozens of other candidates to be selected by SLNA's coaching board.

This former Montenegro U19 player can play as an attacking midfielder or striker. The player born in 1991 has played in the Greek, Serbian, and Montenegrin national championships.

The 1m85 tall striker's best achievement in his professional career was scoring 16 goals for Iskra Danilovgrad Club in the 2015 National Championship.

According to SLNA's coaching board, Danko is the player who meets the criteria set by the team and is most suitable for the current context of the Nghe An team.

In the second leg of V.League 2017, Danko will wear the number 66. After completing the procedures with SLNA Club, this striker immediately moved to Ho Chi Minh City to join the team.
