SLNA faces the challenging 'problem' of Olaha's form.

(Baonghean.vn) - In recent matches, foreign player Olaha has been showing quite disappointing form, significantly affecting the performance of the Nghe An team.

Since the first half of the 2019 V.League season, Olaha has consistently been one of SLNA's most impressive players. The Nigerian striker's talent and importance to the Vinh-based team are immense. The 2017 National Cup victory and the 4th place finish in the 2018 V.League for Coach Nguyen Duc Thang's team owe a great deal to the player wearing the number 7 jersey. According to experts, Olaha is among the top foreign players in the V.League today.

In the first six rounds of the 2019 V.League, the 22-year-old striker scored three goals and provided one assist. However, since scoring against SHB Da Nang in round 6 (13 matches), Olaha has only added one more goal (in the SLNA – HAGL match: 3-0). Currently, the Nigerian foreign player is experiencing a streak of six consecutive matches without scoring (rounds 14-19). Witnessing Olaha's recent performances, fans in Nghe An are understandably disappointed and worried.

It seems that the player wearing the number 7 jersey has lost his former enthusiasm, passion, and sharpness. At several points in recent matches, Olaha has played inexplicably listlessly, a far cry from what he once showed while playing for SLNA.

It seems that, after receiving an offer from the famous Israeli club Hapoel Tel Aviv, Olaha's thoughts were distracted. Some experts and fans from Nghe An province believe that the player born in 1997 is deliberately "holding back" to wait for the day he leaves Vinh.

It's unclear exactly what happened, but the claim that Olaha has lost his form is entirely accurate. The lackluster performance of the player wearing the number 7 jersey has led to some disappointing results for the Nghe An team. The 3-1 victory against Viettel was only the first win for Tran Nguyen Manh and his teammates in the second half of the 2019 V.League season.

And in that victory, Olaha didn't show much either. Therefore, it's no surprise that SLNA is currently the team with the second-lowest goal-scoring record in V.League 2019, up to this point (20 goals).

If Olaha continues to play so poorly, the Nghe An team will struggle to finish in a high position at the end of the season. It seems that Olaha's form is a very difficult problem for coach Nguyen Duc Thang and his staff.
