SLNA continues to play according to the head coach's plan.
(Baonghean.vn) - Although coach Ngo Quang Truong received a disciplinary penalty of being banned from coaching for two matches due to his reaction to the referee, the SLNA coaching staff stated that the team will still play according to the arrangements made by the head coach.
Ahead of the match against Dong Thap at Vinh Stadium in Round 11 of the V.League 2016, Assistant Coach Nguyen Duc Thang said: “Playing Dong Thap at home is an opportunity for us to make a breakthrough. Goalkeeper Nguyen Manh will not be able to play tomorrow, but we have replacements like Le Van Hung and Le Quang Dai, and we have great confidence in them.”

Regarding coach Ngo Quang Truong, he was disciplined with a 90-minute touchline ban, but we followed all of the head coach's tactical decisions. For example, in the recent match against SHB Da Nang, even though we played away without coach Ngo Quang Truong on the bench, SLNA wasn't significantly affected."
The phenomenon of coaches being banned from the pitch but still directing their team from the stands is not uncommon in the world. And former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is a prime example. Due to his frequent reactions to referees, the Portuguese coach was often sent off in many Premier League matches, yet the team continued to play according to his instructions via telephone.
On the visitors' side, coach Tran Cong Minh affirmed that his team would not give up despite Dong Thap being the weaker side in tomorrow's match. "Tomorrow will be a difficult match for us. At this point, we must encourage each other, and every player must try harder. After the match against Thanh Hoa, Truong Khang, the left-back, suffered an injury, and we have a replacement. Besides that, we have no other losses in terms of personnel."
