Previously, at 9:00 p.m. on March 1, a working group of Team 8 (Criminal Police Department) patrolling on An Da Street, Ngo Quyen District discovered a young man sitting behind a motorbike with suspicious signs. When the working group asked to stop the vehicle and check the person sitting behind the motorbike, Truong Cong Son, discovered and confiscated a colt-style gun and 20 bullets.

At the police station, Son confessed that due to a conflict with another group of people and fear of being assaulted by this group, he bought guns and bullets through social networks for self-defense.
However, after buying the gun and on his way home, Son was arrested by the police.
