Dien Chau needs to assign specific responsibilities to each member of the Provincial Steering Committee for the Prevention and Control of Livestock, Poultry, and Aquatic Animal Diseases, who should directly go to the grassroots level to supervise, direct, and monitor disease prevention and control work in localities, focusing on areas with a high risk of infection; and prepare human and material resources for emergency response when an outbreak occurs.
For Yen Thanh district, coordination is needed to effectively implement irrigation work, manage vegetation for forest fire prevention and control, accelerate the progress of spring forest planting, and care for spring rice crops according to proper technical procedures.
