In his opening remarks at the competition, Comrade Nguyen Ba Tuan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial Party Agencies - emphasized: In the current context, studying, understanding, and implementing the resolution is not only an important political task but also a regular requirement for every cadre, union member, and young person. However, for the resolution to truly come to life, it requires new approaches that are suitable to the psychology and information access needs of young people.

Based on that requirement, the "Resolutions in the Hearts of Young People" competition was developed as a creative propaganda model, combining theatrical performances, knowledge quizzes, and direct interaction. "Instead of dry texts, resolutions will be presented in a relatable and lively way through the creativity of the young members of the Youth Union," affirmed Comrade Nguyen Ba Tuan Anh.
