In the middle of a hot and sunny afternoon, while participating in extinguishing a forest fire in Thien Nhan commune (Nghe An province), comrade Tran Duc Tuan - Deputy Head of Mobile Forest Ranger and Fire Prevention Team No. 2 suffered from suffocation and heat stroke. Thanks to the bravery and timely expertise of medic Nguyen Van Phu, his colleagues and local forces, the victim was rescued right on the top of the mountain.
