After terminating contracts with Kuku and Zaracho, SLNA FC only retained Olaha to prepare for the new season. Today, the Nghe An team added a new foreign player, Colombian Carlos Enrique Rentería Olaya.
Carlos Enrique Rentería Olaya, born in 1995, is 1.78m tall. He is a versatile player who can play well as a central midfielder or center-back. Carlos Enrique Rentería Olaya was a member of the Colombian U21 national team in 2014, winning the Colombian national championship with Deportes Tolima in 2015 and 2018 before joining several clubs in Mexico, Brazil, and Portugal.
Joining Song Lam Nghe An, Carlos Enrique Rentería Olaya will wear the number 77 jersey. Besides Carlos Enrique Rentería Olaya, the Nghe An club is currently rushing to complete the procedures for one central defender and one striker – two Trinidad and Tobago national team players, Moore Reon Dale (born in 1996) and Garcia Justin Julian (born in 1995) – in order to register four foreign players for the new V.League 2025-2026 season, which will start in just over a week.
