Song Lam Nghe An unveils new logo.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Football Federation, former Chairman of SLNA Club; and Mr. Truong Manh Linh - General Director and CEO of SLNA Club.

Song Lam Nghe An has always been considered a team with a long tradition and rich history in Vietnamese football, spanning over 40 years. In 2021, the club underwent many positive changes, and therefore, the club's management and fans in Nghe An recognized that the club needed a new, more modern and professional logo.

Launched from September 2021 to December 2021, the Writing ContestlogoSLNA received significant attention from numerous authors and fans nationwide, with nearly 1,000 entries. Among them were many high-quality works that showcased the identity, love, and aspirations of each individual supporter.

After many days of serious and professional work, the Organizing Committee has selected the new logo for SLNA, a logo conceived and designed by the Pixco team.

The SLNA logo combines a shield shape, representing strength and stability, with the letter "S" inside, the initials of Song Lam Nghe An. The entire logo combines the traditional yellow and blue colors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Truong Manh Linh expressed his most sincere gratitude to the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An, former leaders of the club, authors, and beloved fans who have dedicated all their passion and love to SLNA.

Mr. Linh emphasized that, from today onwards, SLNA will be associated with a new logo, hoping that from now on, the SLNA emblem will bring inspiration, luck, and success. This marks a new step forward in professionalism, brand building, and development in the field of football and sports. From there, it will help the club gain more inspiration to strive for excellence in many competitions and meet the expectations and hopes of its fans.

Author Tran Van Thang, a member of the Pixco team, stated: "The logo was developed based on the materials and inspiration from the values ​​and identity of Song Lam Nghe An Club within the cultural flow of Nghe An province."

Inspired by that, the logo of Song Lam Nghe An Club was designed to be concise, meaningful, modern, and powerful, aiming to bring a fresh breath of life while still fully reflecting the cultural values ​​and qualities of the people of Nghe An.

At the ceremony, Mr. Truong Manh Linh, on behalf of the SLNA management board, expressed gratitude to Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh, Mr. Ho Van Chiem, and the creator of the old logo - artist Tran Tu Thanh.
