Russia's Su-30SM and Su-35S will be able to use Unified Planning and Correction Module (UMPK) air-launched bombs – a weapon previously only deployed by the Su-34. This information was revealed by Rostec CEO Sergei Chemezov in an interview with TASS. This move significantly expands the attack options for these multirole fighters, which are currently primarily focused on air defense and interception missions.
