The 324th Division launched the 2017 Tree Planting Festival.

(Baonghean.vn) - In response to the emulation campaign with the theme: "Safe Tet, Victorious Spring, Decisive Victory in the Campaign", on January 30th (the 3rd day of Tet), the leaders and commanders of Division 324 (Military Region 4) launched the Tet Tree Planting Campaign.

Attending the launching ceremony were the division's leaders, heads of departments, and officers and soldiers. The ceremony aimed to further build a green, clean, and beautiful landscape and environment in all agencies and units.

Over the years, the 324th Division has consistently been one of the leading units in implementing the Tet Tree Planting movement, actively participating in tree planting and reforestation projects, making a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the local people in the areas where it is stationed.

Responding to the call for tree planting during Tet (Vietnamese New Year), every officer and soldier in the entire Division enthusiastically implemented the motto "each person plants at least one tree at their workplace or unit." On the morning of January 30th, the entire Division planted nearly 10,000 new trees.
